All Sales Final The Casual-Do Wrap Hairpiece from hairdo is a hair wrap that features alternating hair lengths and barely curled fiber that is wrapped around an elastic band. The Casual-Do wrap can be worn informally around a ponytail or elegantly around a bun. Wear it high on the head, low at the nape, or off to the side for a fun, flirty look.

Thanks to the Tru2Life heat friendly fiber, this versatile piece can be curled or straightened depending on the style you want. Fibers that can be flat ironed, curled or blown dry using thermal styling tools up to 350˚F/180˚C. Each hand-blended color is made up of 7-11 different shades, resulting in a natural look that blends with just about anyone's hair color.

You can create an easy, fashionable hairstyle style without a lot of fuss or expense. The wrap construction has been specially designed to work easily with your own hair. Just pull your hair back into a bun or ponytail, wrap the piece around the ponytail or bun, and you have a secure, fashionable style that's as individual as you are!

Washing:

1. Add 1 tablespoon of shampoo to a basin of cold water. Soak for 5 minutes.
2. Rinse thoroughly as incomplete rinising dulls the fibers.
3. Gently blot with a towel. Do not squeeze, twist, brush or comb while wet
4. Hang to air dry or use a blow dryer on a low setting.

Styling

• Unlike your own hair, Tru2Life fiber only sets after it cools. So keep the curl shape when styling until it has cooled down, then release.
• 240°F (116°C) is perfect. Do not go above 350°F/180°C.
• For your safety, never heat style this hairpiece while wearing it.

Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@bellanuovawigs.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
