The cap is designed with a resilient stretch-lace material that actually molds to the shape of the head for a comfortable, custom-like fit. Additional comfort features include a soft velvet rim in front to help prevent friction, open ear tabs for added lightness, and ultra-thin adjusters at the nape to further ensure a personalized fit.

In addition, the Modern Flair is made with heat-friendly Tru2Life synthetic hair fibers that can be flat ironed, curled or blown dry using thermal styling tools up to 350˚F/180˚C. Each hand-blended color is made up of 7-11 different shades, resulting in a natural look that blends with just about anyone's hair color.

Washing:

1. Add 1 tablespoon of shampoo to a basin of cold water. Soak for 5 minutes.
2. Rinse thoroughly as incomplete rinising dulls the fibers.
3. Gently blot with a towel. Do not squeeze, twist, brush or comb while wet
4. Hang to air dry on a wig stand or use a blow dryer on a low setting.

Styling

• Unlike your own hair, Tru2Life fiber only sets after it cools. So keep the curl shape when styling until it has cooled down, then release.
• 240°F (116°C) is perfect. Do not go above 350°F/180°C.
• For your safety, never heat style this wig while wearing it.

Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
